Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to me. The text below describes the ways in which I collect information from you when you use the site, and what I may use it for. I send emails and information to clients, colleagues and peers through my monthly email newsletter, and through occasional emails. These emails contain information about news, information, programmes and training courses offered by Jane Willis.

What data I collect about you

I collect personal information from you only when you register to receive news and other updates from me. This data may comprise personal data to which UK data protection laws apply. When you sign up to receive email news from Jane Willis, you may be asked to register these details:

  • Email Address

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Job Title

  • Organisation

  • Address (Can be your organisation’s address)

Where I keep your data

I store your sign-up information in Flodesk email software. My Flodesk account is protected with two-factor authentication. You can read Flodesk’s privacy policy here.

What I do with your data

I use your data to send out a newsletter every 4-6 weeks, and occasional “newsflash” emails.

 

Who your data will be shared with

Your details will not be shared with any third parties. Only myself and my immediate team has

access to information, in line with our Data Protection policy, which guides us on how to process

How long I keep your data

I will keep your data for 10 years from the date of sign-up, UNLESS:

  • My company closes (in which case all data will be deleted and expunged from our storage)

  • You specifically request that I remove your data.

What to do if you no longer want to receive emails from me

There is a link in the bottom of the emails called ‘unsubscribe me from this list’ – clicking this will take you entirely off the mailing list. If you would like to change the types of mailings you receive, you can contact me.
