“I chose Jane as my mentor because I knew working with her would push my practice. I had seen how she has the great skill of asking intuitive questions and gently guiding you to discover what you need to know or what other questions you want to ask. Working with Jane as like panning for gold.”

— Lerato Stanley-Dunn, Arts Development Officer at Bristol City Council and Dance Artist

Care is a collective endeavour and shared responsibility. I support people to develop sustainable and aligned ways of working that are good for them, their organisations, and the communities they serve.

I am an experienced mentor, and qualified Relational Dynamics Coach. My practice combines coaching and mentoring with creative methods that prompt reflection and insight.

Mentoring provides opportunities to share skills, experience, and information, and is helpful when someone wants support with how to do something. I offer professional mentoring in Creative Health strategic planning, practice development and evaluation.

Coaching offers a safe, supportive, and empowering space which enables people to explore their own questions, issues, and challenges. It is particularly helpful for anyone at a crossroads or going through any kind of change or transition. By creating a confidential space for reflection and insight, it helps people find ways to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Coaching and mentoring provides a safe, supportive space in which to reflect, learn and move forward. It can support you to:

  • Navigate challenges and obstacles

  • See things from a fresh perspective

  • Create and manage change in your life

  • Explore and reach your potential

  • Manage healthy boundaries around work

  • Increase self-awareness, confidence and resilience

  • Unlock energy and creativity

Whether you choose to work with me as a coach or mentor, my approach is open, warm and enabling.

“Mentoring [with Jane] has provided some very useful clarity in thinking and reminded me of my worth and how far I've come to date.”

– Emily Jenkins, Founder and Director of Move Dance Feel

“I really enjoyed the sharing/exchange of knowledge and experience and applying it to work things out together like when we mapped out the art and design proposal - I loved that. This collaborative practice approach definitely works very well for me.”
