Ways you can work with me

  • Example of a creative evaluation method. Two glass jars filled with colourful bouncy balls are placed on a wooden table. Someone in a blue smock stands behind the jars. You can just see their torso and hands. The hands are open with an orange bouncy

    Creative Evaluation

I run creative evaluation training for people in the creative, cultural, health and community sectors who want to capture and share voices and stories of lived experience to better evidence the impact of their work and unlock sustained funding.

  • Two arts in health care project participants hold a banner with some reflective evaluation writing that reads "green trees being in the wild outdoors and laughter".

    Creative Health Quality Framework

Building on the Creative Health Quality Framework, which I co-developed with the Culture Health and Wellbeing Alliance, I run training and workshops that support person-centred, equitable, safe, creative, collaborative, realistic, sustainable and reflective creative health practice.

    Reflective Practice

I lead creative programmes for reflection, insight, and learning. This includes hosting reflective practice groups, teaching creative self-reflection tools, and running monthly creative writing workshops.

  • Close up of Jane Willis holding a cup of herbal tea in a moment of intentionally listening to coaching clients.

    Creative Coaching

I offer a safe and supportive environment for individuals navigating personal and professional challenges to reflect and move forward.

  • Close up on the hands of a group making origami as part of an arts and health project. There is a mix of skin tones amongst the group: dark brown, light brown and white. The white hands are wrinkled and fitted with a canula.

    Consultancy

I take on a limited number of consultancy projects each year supporting sector, practice and practitioner development.

  • Close up of Jane Willis writing her creative health newsletter at a desk on her laptop. In focus, on the desk are post-it notes, a glasses case, a pot of pencils, a cup of herbal tea and a plant.
